Open MnabeShop POS → More → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted:
- Your account: name, username, email, phone number, password and profile photo.
- If you own a shop: the shop and all of its products, sales, receipts, expenses, reports and customer details. Your staff lose access.
- If you are staff: your account only. Sales you recorded stay in the shop's books without your name.
Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. Encrypted backups are erased within 14 days.
This cannot be undone.
Can't sign in? Email info@withustechnology.com from your account's email address and we will delete it within 30 days.
